Omcircle was founded by Erik-Jan Souhoka and is based in Groningen. We build automations and web apps for companies across the country, and on larger projects we bring in specialists we have known for years.
Why Omcircle exists
Erik-Jan kept seeing smart people lose their week to work a computer does in two seconds. Retyping data, sorting folders, updating statuses. Not because it had to be that way, but because nobody had time to work out how else it could be done.
So this is how we work: small, fast, and without layers where your story gets stuck.
What we build has to be something you can explain to your own team. Otherwise the job is not finished.

We are small, and that is deliberate
Omcircle is not an agency. Whoever has the conversation with you also writes the plan and types the code. That is exactly why it moves fast: there is nobody in between to relay your story.
When a project grows beyond us, we bring in specialists we work with regularly. A designer, a developer, someone for security or data. Not strangers from a staffing firm, but familiar faces. You notice one thing: it goes faster. Your point of contact stays the same.

We do not do large ERP implementations or native mobile apps. If that is what you need, we will point you to someone who does it better.

- We are not available around the clock. We are small, and you notice that in the calendar.
- We do not pretend AI solves everything. Half the win is usually just tidying up your process.

What happens to your data
Automating means systems get access to your data. That is exactly why we are explicit about this.
GDPR-compliant way of working
We work in line with the GDPR. The moment personal data is involved, we sign a data processing agreement. As standard, without you having to ask.
Certified infrastructure
We build on infrastructure from providers that are ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified.
Data inside the EU
Where possible your data stays inside the EU. If a specific tool cannot do that, you hear it upfront and you decide whether it is acceptable.
Ownership stays with you
All accounts and licences are in your name. We work as a guest in your environment, not the other way around.
Minimal access
We only ask for access to what we need, and that access is removed again at handover.
As little data as possible
With every integration we ask the same question: can this work with less data? Usually it can.
What we are honest about
Omcircle is not an ISO-certified organisation. That is not realistic for a company this size, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we do instead: build on infrastructure from providers that hold those certificates, and put on paper for every project which data ends up where. Want to see that before you sign anything?
