The scan is automated and lands in your inbox within ten minutes of your confirmation. That is different from the promise on the contact page: if you want to talk it through, Erik-Jan gets back to you personally within two working days.

If we find too little on your site to say anything useful, we send a short note instead of a report. Five generic tips do not help you.
